Why are my eggs so different

Hi new to chickens and first egg layer!!! She started last Sunday! We got one Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday (largest), Friday and Saturday not today!
I cracked first one it was really dark brown.
Here are other 4. They look so different!!! Why?!?

Shes a new layer so her egg color is "steadying". That or you have two layers.

We caught her 3 of the times but the large one is crazy and that she went back to small after

She is still working out her system. The sizes may stay small for some time and fluctuate between sizes until everything is figured out.

The large egg may be a double yolker. One of my olive eggers laid 2 during her first couple of weeks laying.
