Why are my hens not laying?

.they always have food and water
.it is around 83 degrees right now cool
.they are older than a year
.they are not losing feathers
.they were laying eggs but not no more
.no animals bother them
.they coop has ventilation
.they don't free run
.I feed them Ostershells,laying pellets,corn,and scraps
PLEASE HELP
 
I would switch to a higher protein feed to optimize production. You diluting down your protein by adding extra stuff to the diet. Layer is formulated to be fed as the sole ration.

This time of year production falls off. Many birds are affected by the heat, others are getting ready to molt. Some will resume laying for a bit when it cools off before stopping completely to molt. The early spring is when you get your best production.
