Why are the yolks of my hens breaking in the egg?

Hi everyone! Thank you for your help! I am not sure if I am in the right area but you let me know.

I’ve been raising this flock for almost two years.
About half the flock is the original flock the other half is less than a year old.

Problem: every time I try to fry one of the eggs over easy the eggs from the younger hens are splattering into the frying pan instead of coming out shaped. I am feeding them all same food, scratch, veggies and treats. They are not rotten. They do not smell or look nasty. It’s just broken yolks. And to watery. We are having terrible hot weather and they drink a lot of water but last year was hot too. When I collect the eggs I place them outside on a table in the lanai until I can box them, and it’s hot out there, no ac, could that be?
Is it because these young ladies bodies are still trying to get it right? I am getting a lot of fairy eggs since they are beginners! The feed I am giving them is 18% protein for layers, crumbles and they get calcium from their shells that I ground. One more thing. I do not wash them or remove the bloom until I am ready to deliver the eggs! So they keep!

Thank you again.

It could be lack of protein or, as you said, they're still trying to get it right. In case it is lack of protein try giving them scrambled eggs and mealworms. I've also heard pumpkin seeds are good for protein too. Good luck and I hope I was able to help!

I have the same problem when it is hot. I live in a warm/hot climate (greece, near athens).

Humm!!! Thank you for your suggestions. Yesterday, I went to fry another of the eggs and when I cracked it this is what came out. It was sizzling like there was a lot of water in the egg and that red string with it, the yolk again broken. I am insisting on these subject since I sell my eggs to public and I will loose customers unless I correct the problem. I am sure any of my customers cracking one my eggs and seeing what I saw yesterday would dump the eggs and think twice buying from me again. I also give my hens extra protein with scrambled eggs, I don’t need to feed them mealworms since they free range five acres of my property. A lot of bugs there! All the layer crumbles come with only 16 or 18% of protein.
I haven’t found anything higher in this area. COVID-19 has been putting limitations on the feeds because of interruptions on factories and transportation. Like everything else. I will buy some sunflower seeds shelled to day and see if it helps. I do live in Florida and it’s been super hot here with heavy humidity making everything worse. Maybe it’s the heat and they are drinking more water which is watering their eggs?
I’ve also noticed that the flock is venturing outside of the run and the trees shade later in the day when it’s cooled!

Well, so I’ll try all your suggestions. But if anyone else want to venture more help I’ll gladly accepted! Thank you again.

PD: the last picture I took today. That’s one of the eggs from the younger ladies. It came out broken again.

looks more like bacteria than heat. try to chop some garlic, onions, thyme, basil, oregano, hot pepper, etc and mix it with their feed or some cooked rice. if they don't get better within 4-5 days you might need medicines and that would be a problem for selling eggs.

don't give them garlic for more than 5 days.

you can also put some iodine or acv in their water.

good luck
