Why aren't my eggs hatching in my 10 egg incubator?!!!

I have a janaol 10 egg incubator and I can't see it hatching yesterday I candled eggs and they were fine today I candled it and the blood vessels and spec thingy was down the egg I crack it open and I see it's not PROPALY in the egg its downwards! I rlly wanna hatch some eggs but can anyone tell me why it's not hatching in my 10 egg incubator PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!

This is the incubator I have TELL ME IF IAM DOING SOMETHING WRONG I put my temp to 37.5 is that the right temp

And I turn my eggs when I'm wearing gloves is that ok and guys I MADE A MISTAKE THAT WHITE THING THAT COMES WITH THE INCUBATOR THAT TURNS THE EGGS AROUND I ACCIDENTLY THREW IT IN THE BIN WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW
