Why arent they laying?

We made a new run for the hens to keep them safe when i am gone and ever sence this new pen was attached to their coop i got 1-3 eggs a day vs. when i would get 9-12 eggs a day! They are let out at least 3 times a week to free range and they may lay one extra egg that day but thats about it. This has been going on for about a month and i really wish they would kick their egg laying motors back on!
Any ideas on whats wrong?

Second year of lay for them? If so don't expect the numbers you used to get.
