Why can't/don't Khaki Campbells fly?

I have one that hangs with my 2 scovies. I have clipped the scovies wings but not the Khakis yet. Should I?

They can't get far off of the ground due to their weight...most domesticated ducks cant fly. They can jump and flap their wings though...

Khakis fly like a brick. Don't worry about clipping.
