Why can't I add videos in a conversation?

For some reason, when I tap the "upload video" icon in the icon bar in conversations, it wont let me add a video. I scroll through the photos on my desktop, but the video I want to pick is grey like the others. Then, I drag and drop the video instead, and it says, "Sorry, there was a problem, try again or contact an administrator", or something like that. Any ideas?

I don’t know I would “contact the administrator “ if that’s what it says to do. I think that’s the ‘contact us’ bar at the bottom of the menu.

I know, that is why I posted this thread here. Just wondering why it isn't letting me post a video.

Edit: jus went and tried it, is there a way to insert my own videos? Like videos that I haven't uploaded to youtube, or is that disabled? I thought you could on a convo, but it doesn't seem to be working.
