Why can't I post an auction?

I am trying to post an auction, and each time i click the 'new clasified' button this is the response:
"You are not allowed to post classifieds. Please check forum rules for more information". Can anyone help me?

Yes, you need to have a minimum number of posts to be able to participate in BST.

I believe it is 50, but I will find out.
