why can't I post in BST?

I tried to post in BST but it is sayong im not allowed to post in classifieds. Im 20... I read the rules... i just joined BYC yesterday so is there a certain amount of time that I have to be a member to post on BST? If anyone could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You need to have a post count of at least 20 posts before the system will allow you to create an ad in the BST section. I see you have 21 posts now, so just wait a wee bit for the system to catch up with you and "trust" you
