Why did this happen?

I have 14 chickens, they are all acting fine except for one. What caused her to lose feathers?

It looks like she might have scaly leg mites, so possibly she has an issue with pests (mites or lice). Have you looked closely? Sometime the pests will take advantage of one for various reasons, but I would check all your birds for pests and raised scales.
It also looks like she might have runny poo?

How hard it is to get rid of? Is there something to put in the coop?

For scaly leg mites, most recommend rubbing the legs with oil - like olive oil. If you have other pests, you can treat with permethrin.

Also, for leg mites, I use ivermectin, but there is an egg withdrawal so that might not work for you.
