Why didn’t she inherit the bars?

She is beautiful 🙂 How old is she? Her coloring looks a lot like Phantom's. Her barring has always been very faint, but faded in and out as she grew. The breeder originally listed their birds as cuckoo and lavender cuckoo Ameraucana, but now lists them as Olive eggers- I got a rainbow assortment, so didn't care;)

Wow they’re so pretty, all of your chickens.
She’s about a month old now, guessing off of when I started the incuabtor again after she hatched, I wish she could get those fluffy cheeks 😂 but that’s just my Easter eggers and olive eggers.
In the picture she’s right below my white pullet.
Her name is Tofu Button, she hasn’t developed even a little barring yet, the black one looks like my little crow! Crow is my silver laced (hen) lavender Orpington (roo)

With a white chicken in the picture for comparison, I think I have a better idea of her color. I kept thinking she looked white or almost-white in the initial photos, but now I think that chick looks lavender.

So the chick probably does not have Dominant White, but does have the lavender gene (inherited from the father and from whichever hen is her mother), and probably does come from the parents you showed in the first post.

I’m not fully positive on what breed the rooster and hen are, I adopted them as cuckoo Marans but they have brown, wrong size and wrong comb size for that along with laying light brown eggs
I'm thinking they are not actually pure Cuckoo Marans ;)

If they are the parents of this chick, and you hatch more chicks from them, you've got a fairly good chance of getting more lavender chicks (about 1 in 4).

They are not pure cuckoos, basil has a pea comb, they both have a bit brown and basil lays light brown eggs

Yes, I was agreeing with you.

But since you bought them as "Cuckoo Marans," and they obviously are not, then we don't really know what genes they are carrying (except the ones we can see, and the ones that appear in their chicks.)
