Why do I do such stupid things?

My roo has been nice and quiet all day. Barely crowed this morning.
Why oh why did I have to go and play that rooster crowing ringtone where he could hear it.
Now he's standing at the back door crowing non-stop!
One of these days, I'll learn not to mess with Mother Nature.

the people who bought the barn that used to be part of my property found a chicken a couple weeks ago that escaped from the commercial operation across the road. He learned to crow today................at 5:30am

Ever incorporate crowing into your dreams?

I dreamed I was in Central Park in NYC and I could hear roosters crowing and couldn't get over the fact that NYC had feral chickens.... but I was sound asleep and they were just about 5 feet to the south outside my bedroom window!
