Hi I have tried to hard boil my spare egg but when they have hard boiled the yellow of the egg come's through so I cant pickle them can someone tell me what I can do about this

Fresher eggs have the yolk in the proper position, just below the air sac. This means that when you hard boil fresh eggs, it's very easy to see the yolk.
You are used to very old grocery store eggs, with the connections that hold the yolk deteriorated to the point were they let the yolk settle in the middle of the egg.
There is nothing wrong with your eggs, they just aren't what you are accustomed to. You can still use them for pickling.

What I learned on the forum is steam fresh eggs for about 12 minutes +/-, place in ice water immediately until they are cold and they will peel perfectly.

.
That's interesting.
The 'mal position' of the yolk makes for 'ugly' deviled eggs too.
