Why do my chickens sit on each other?

I have 4 nice nests, have fake Easter eggs in them to encourage hens to lay in the nests and 3 of them pile up in the same place on the floor.Move one and you have a fight on your hands it;s their place and they won;t move

I have four chickens and two nesting boxes. They sleep in them at night, one in one box and three piled one on top of the other in the second box. It is quite a small nesting box so they fill every inch of it to shove in together.
