Why does baby poop stink so much?

I got 3 new chicks, one has cute formed poop and doesn't stink so bad then I have one that is unformed and stinky then the 3rd is right between stink yet formed mostly!
Ant thoughts?

Sometimes they are just little mishaps. Make sure they have plenty water!
