Why does everything break pay week,

two months in a row , dh get paid once a month , last month the waterheater burst and dishwasher broke, chickens got mites, the day after dh bought a new chainsaw

this month cv joints in the car went out today, OUT!, it will be towed tomarrow

, pond pump quit and my supplier is sold out, both waterers broke dh repaired one ,lg is sending part for other for free

, dishwasher stopped again!

I hear ya. In my case, something always breaks that I can't fix when DH is gone. It never fails. I hope you can get everything fixed!

That's a good thing. Well sort of. Imagine if it broke a week before you got paid. I'm a paycheck to paycheck person and I had a couple month stretch a couple years ago when that happened. Now that really sucks. It could be worse although when you're in the mess it don't seem like it. Hope things change for you.
