It's bad. the combination of meat and tomatoes went bad. for some reason it took tol ong to cool back down. mabe your fridge didn't kick in enough or maybe he left it on the counter to long, bu that zing is the tast of bad tomatoes, you will probably notice a little yellow foam on top too.
