Why does my australorp do this?

Ok, so recently my australorp has been pecking at her eggs after shes laid them. Its very frustrating because she puts a big gapping hole in the egg and I need that egg for incubation. How do I stop her from doing this?

Does she have low calcium, Have crushed oyster shells for her to eat as needed ( she should stop)

hes not physically eating the whole egg she just makes one peck into it

PUt a few golfballs in the nest. If she pecks at it...it shakes her littler brain and gives her negative feedback.
