Why does my duck always lay eggs with poop on them?!

Probably the same reason my chickens do.......either they have messy butt feathers from loose poops, or they have poop on their feet from walking thru it and transfer it the eggs when walking in the nests.

I would think that ducks are more susceptible to these issues.
