why does my female duck make so much noise?

ever since she started laying her eggs she changed she started making loud quacks when she gets off her nest and when i pick her up she fights me i dont think she loves me no more

all female ducks (besides muscovies) make tons of noise... mine quack loudly all the time... She is probably being very protective of her nest. I wouldn't pick her up or mess with her while she is setting
 
My females quack constantly. That is just what ducks do. They also do not like to be handled as much as chickens. I gladly tolerate the quacking,though, because my ducks are better layers than my chickens!
 
She still loves you, but she loves her new little (unhatched) babies even more. It's a sign of her maturity that she's laying eggs and now she'll go into nesting behavior -- which means protective of her nest, her eggs, her babies once they're hatched. It's her instinctive mothering ability starting. You'll have to respect her new role, and leave her be, on her nest. If you disturb her too much, she may abandon the nest eggs.
