Why does my hen look like a beach ball?!?

All of a sudden, my hen blew up like a beach ball! It happened about a week ago. She is acting completely normal and eating/drinking just fine. It doesn’t seem to bother her at all and all of my other hens are fine. There haven’t been any changes. She’s about 2 years old.

Does she feel like she has air under her skin? She may have subcutaneous emphysema, also called a leaking or ruptured air sac. If she is breathing fine, the air can be reabsorbed by the body. But if she is having problems or trouble breathing, you can deflate it with an 18 gauge needle and press the air out or pull it out with a syringe.
