Why does my hen tidbit for me?

My serama hen, a bit over 1 year old now, always runs to greet me when she sees me and has been tidbitting and ‘dancing’ with her wings. She’s my baby, she grew up in the house with me after being orphaned at 2 days old and transitioned to a small outside flock after about 4-5 months. I think it’s cute and I love that she does it, but I’m just curious what it actually means. Here’s a video example:

I think it's a sign of affection. Chickens don't hug, but they do feed others they care for, so that would be my guess.
