Why does my Pekin do this?

I can’t seem to upload a video, but my Pekin duck does this thing where he moves his head in circles or back and forth kind of slowly but very exaggerated throughout the day. He has no issues that I know of. Anyone have an idea what this might be?

Sounds like love! Dux will Bob their head in lieu of saying I love you - it’s a little flirtatious move of theirs.

It does seem awfully strange but everyone seems to say it’s like duck flirting.

Lucky you! I’ve seen my ducks do it maybe twice, then I got two baby ducks - how dare I!
