Why does my Silkie feathers look werid?

I have a n 11 week old Silkie well shes smaller than the other breeds so I think shes 11 weeks. Well her wongs and tail look werid.

She looks fine, my roosters wings and tail are like that. Probably just a variation in her, every chicken can be a little different. They’ll probably be replaced eventually by fluffy ones.
