Is she laying extremely often? Good layers lose interest in caring for their feathers. They become so engrossed in their eggs that they just don't care. Same is true for broodies. But she looks like she's been picked by her flock mates. Chickens are sly, they probably pick on her when you're not looking.

well i hope she does not figure out that she can pluck her own feathers just to stay in the house longer... she loves it she walks around the whole diningroom clucking happily
