Why does the crow collar not work!?

I can’t get the collar any tighter without hurting him and it doesn’t go any tighter. He still crows and I can’t have him crowing. Please help me because if he is crowing tomorrow morning then he has to leave this weekend.

All it does is just slowly suffocate the rooster whilst making his voice quieter. I‘m fairly sure you made a thread similar to this already where people explained this stuff to you.
 
Crow collars suck man, they do nothing and instead kill the rooster by suffocating it. I've never used a crow collar and never will. Crow collars are just torture devices. If you can't get used to the crowing just rehome the poor rooster since it would be better than torturing it by slowly suffocating it to death. Roosters will never stop crowing and theres nothing you can do about it. It's their way of showing their manliness.
