Why does this happen...

I've noticed that sometimes the

stops moving. Does anyone know why?

Everybody gets tired some times... sheesh!

It may be a browser thing or maybe that guy has a number of times he animates before he quits.

ETA: Hey, you're right, it skips sometimes! Like it misses a dance step. How odd!
