Why does time go by so slowly? Eggs are arriving!

I've been working on this coop and it's been keeping my mind off of the waiting. When I get impatient, I just work on the coop some more.

Try scheduling a colonoscopy and have it land the week before your chick day !!

Actually, the countdown is for my eggs to ship from several different breeders on BYC. Then more waiting begins- the days until they get here, then the days until they hatch, then the days until they can go outside, then the months until they lay..... etc.

4 more days to wait for my eggs to ship! I just checked the forecast and it's predicting highs in the 40's and lows in the 20's for next week, which is the best weather we've had in months. C'mon eggs!
