Why does why duck usually breathe with her mouth open?

My duck (5 weeks old) always starts to breathe with her mouth open when laying with me or in the car sometimes giving her water doesn’t even fix the problem. So I don’t know what’s up with this.theres like hot breath coming out her mouth and she’s sneezing now please help, she doesn’t sneeze all the time just sometimes

That's normal. Ducks pant (sort of like dogs) when hot.
