Solved Why doesn't the site recognize me?

This afternoon I became unable to access the site through Google search, then I reinstalled the app, to no effect. It defaults to non member status and asks me to sign onto the new member info page. Can you tell me how to fix it? It this time the only way I can get to my page is through an email alert regarding a post I'm tagged in.

What do you mean, are you trying to access the site on a mobile device? Have you tried visiting the site in a web browser instead of the app?

I always use my mobile and use the browser. Just reinstalled the app, I took it off last month cause it was slow. Neither way let's me in

Try clearing the browser cache and cookies and then try signing in again. I'm also not sure what you mean by you being unable to access the site through a google search.

I dont know how to clear the browser cache/cookies as far as accessing through Google it's in my search history, and I just click on the link and it signs me on.

Which mobile device are you using, make model?
So you want to keep signed in to BYC? Have you checked the “Stay logged in” box when you first sign in?
