I had one like this, I ended up getting her a buddy, keeping them together for a few weeks in a separate area, but in view of the others, then I put them in together at night... they stuck together for the most part and got a few pecks here and there but having a buddy made it easier as the others didnt gang up on two or care so much as the two did their own thing together. Eventually they all are fine together.
