Thank you Chris09 for pointing this out, I specifically did not point the finger at you, but it
could be interpreted that way. I apologize.

Thanks,

Not a problem.

Please look at the logo for the International Plant and Animal Genome Conference

the url is here http://www.intl-pag.org/18/18-pag.html

The logo is of DNA double helix.
When looking at this logo for the Genome conference in January
it looks so sinister. It is disturbing.

The FDA, as well as Govts all over the world have found GMO's to be SAFE for human consumption.

For a genetically modified organism to be approved for release, it must be assessed by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) agency within the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and may also be assessed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Environmental protection agency (EPA), depending on the intended use of the organism. The USDA evaluate the plants potential to become weeds, the FDA reviews plants that could enter or alter the food supply,[85] and the EPA regulates genetically modified plants with pesticide properties, as well as agrochemical residues.[86] Most genetically modified plants are reviewed by at least two of the agencies, with many subject to all three.[11][87] Within the organization are departments that regulate different areas of GM food including, the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN,) and the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER).[86] Final approval can still be denied by individual counties within each state. In 2004, Mendocino County, California became the first and only county to impose a ban on the "Propagation, Cultivation, Raising, and Growing of Genetically Modified Organisms", the measure passing with a 57% majority.[88]

LOL
I realize YOU understand the facts.
I was hoping for an answer from the ones who made some of these claims, but it seems they have nothing but hype and paranoia, with a little name calling thrown in

LOL,
What I meant is that since I posted that they had nothing more to say about it.

This thread is like watching Cassius Clay and Sonny Liston. "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee." Wait, something's killing butterflies? Well, at least the bees are still doing okay. Whew!

Wile reading through these post I got to thinking about something that I just have to ask.
Out of all the people that are posting on this thread, How many of you grow at least 10% of your own food a year?
Keep in mind that the average Adult American will eats around 2,000 pounds of food a year.

I ask this because there seems to be a lot of people that will sit behind a computer and complain about something but in the real world they do nothing about it.
I don't think someone that doesn't attempt to feed there self and expects someone else to do so for them should do much complaining.

I grow all summer, we have a short growing season so I start early and dry all my veggies once ready. I also have eggs, chickens and buy only free range chickens and turkeys to eat. once done I make soups, dishes and so fourth out of the food I grow. ( all non hybred seed )

Why only Non Hybrid seeds?
Do you butcher your own chickens? I know you said that you buy chickens and turkeys.

Big Foot is quoted: "Most of the farmers LOST their suits when it was proven there was NO "cross pollination" at all."

aaahhhaaaaaa, funny,,,, the farmers could not stay in the money game of monsanto's legalese, so they settled, not the
same thing as admitting guilt ....

Don't go for this line of questioning, it is a trap. Get's everyone away from talking GMO. And onto
a different subject. GMO is the subject.
