Why I'd rabbit carrying a mouth full of hay?

She is starting to move some more she starting to act more like her self. I was also going to ask if it is a parasite can it be contagious to dogs or chickens.

Yes, there's a chance that a parasite can be contagious to dogs or chickens, or could have even come from them. Most animals, including humans, carry some amount of parasites in their intestines. It doesn't have to be something obvious like a tapeworm to be a parasite. Many things like giardia and coccidia can cause issues for rabbits and can be easily carried by all sorts of creatures. I can't answer when 'too late' is because I don't know your rabbit like you do and I would hesitate to answer that without an intimate knowledge of the situation.

You should probably not give her celery or any vegetables for now. Just her usual pellets and hay and water. Vegetables can cause stomach upset and it's pretty clear that she's already got enough of that so no need to make it worse.

I cant get a vet appointment today and since it's the week end I might have to wait untell next week but I'm scared to leave her outside so would it be to much stress for her to sleep inside

It would be best for her to have her usual environment, (maybe a little quieter than usual) and a mild diet. As you're aware, rabbits stress out easily in new places and that can also trigger health issues - hence your own hesitation to take her to a vet. Keeping her in her usual home is probably best. She looks like she has a nice coat, so her usual care is probably good, it's just likely she has some sort of bug and rabbits don't handle illness well. She also looks relaxed in there, like she feels safe so it's probably a good place for her to be.

Thank you. Here us the pellet brand that she eats. The person I got her from when she was six weeks old had her on this so I kept it so I would not up set her stomach, and this is the first time she just wont eat it. I get it from tractor supple.

Yes I get the red. Which one would be better because I thought that one was good but I want the best for here. Which do you feed

I feed manna pro too, the 18% gro in the green bag, but my rabbits are meat breeders and they have a higher calorie requirement and shorter expected lifespan than a pet rabbit.
My preference for pet rabbits is the Purina Fiber 3. It's got a fewer calories, less calcium and way more fiber than any other 50lb bag of rabbit feed on the market. Since high fiber is important for digestion and excess calcium can be dangerous, that usually means it's a better "complete" feed. Also pet rabbits don't burn calories as much as breeders do and obesity in pet rabbits is a real problem, so the lower fat/protein translates into fewer calories which means the rabbits on it tend to have better overall health long term.

My former vet always suggested KayTee Forti-diet pro-health pellets but those are expensive and I wouldn't feed those to an outdoor rabbit because they are VERY low calorie.

What you're feeding is still good, it's even the brand I use, and since your rabbit is an outdoor rabbit the extra calories are probably not a problem, especially since you clearly feed a lot of grass hay too. So unless your vet tells you that your rabbit is overweight I wouldn't switch feeds. Don't fix what isn't broke. If your vet mentions your rabbit being overweight, you could consider a lower calorie feed like Fiber 3 - but only after your rabbit is well again.

Ok so here's an update, she is just kinda up and down it seems like she starts to act like her self but then she goes back to feeling down it seems like. Here's a pic of her just know. She looks like she is laying in a awkward position and she us also laying on one of her toys.
