Why I'd rabbit carrying a mouth full of hay?

Diarrhea Is actually a sign of dehydration as the intestines are not absorbing water. Just had to chime in with that.

She eats romain lettuce and celery. She has not had any contact with any other rabbits and I dont think she could be pregnant because she had not been around a buck at all.

I'm not sure if she has been drinking then. Has she drank anything? @A_Fowl_Guy just informed me she could be under hydrated.
 
:idunnoSo it could be a number of things. Should I just chance her getting stressed and go ahead and take her to the vet
