Why is my chick growing so slowly?

This little chicken is around (within 3-4days) the same age as the other chicks in this flock. He/she is growing very slowly, any insights on why? Also if anyone knows the gender it will be much appreciated.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Does she (hard to tell sex, but may be a pullet) have ample opportunity to eat? More timid chicks can be shoved away from the feeder by more aggressive ones. Making sure your feeder stayes full 24/7 will help.
2. Depending on her breed, she could simply be more slow growing.

Generally, as long as she appears to be healthy and active, she's probably going to be fine - just make sure she has access to good food (20-24% protein at this age) and water!
