Why is my chicken laying eggs with practically no shell?

My Barred Rock is a new layer and the eggs she has layer so far have all been great except for this one. She hadn't layed for a couple days, then when she did lay again it was this freaky looking egg with a see though shell. please help me if you have any experience with this.
 
Oh yes! When they first start to lay you will see some wonky eggs. It's very common. Sometimes they lay an egg with just the membrane and no shell covering it. Sometimes you'll see teeny tiny eggs, or bumpy eggs, or super huge eggs, or an egg with a sort of tail coming out of it. It happens and it's nothing to worry about. :)
