Why is my chicken's foot swollen?

What could have caused this? She still walks and stands on it. Doesn't seem to bother her all that much. Not sure how long it has been like this. She hasn't been laying for a month or so now.

Definitely check the bottom of the foot for a scab or scabs. Looks like bumblefoot. Poor kiddo
