Why is my hen attacking my other hens ducklings?

I had a hen hatch some ducklings.One of the hens that is in there keeps attacking the ducklings.she was fine the first few days and all of a sudden she has became aggressive towards the ducklings. What has caused this?

I would seperate them, I know its not easy but she could really really hurt one of the ducklings or worse.

It is the pecking order. If she is grabbing them by the heads and legs separate them immediately. She could hurt or kill the babies. How old are the ducklings?
