Why is my hen's comb turning purple?

When I went to put my hens in for the night, I noticed that my Buff Orpington's comb was purple and very droopy. It is not cold here in Philadelphia yet. She also seemed a little less excited about the dry worms that I use to lure them into the coop. What should I be worried about? The girls are all on the roost now, but I just went to take a couple pictures. Hope they are helpful. Thanks in advance for any advice/wisdom you can share.

hmm, if it's not because of the cold, it could be due to a lack of oxygen and blood circulation. could it be that she has something caught in her throat or a respiratory problem?

if it sounds like she has trouble with her breathing or gasping for air? feeling around her neck and crop area, or runny nose. if she has none of those I'm not so sure what it might be if it isn't for the cold.
