Why is my rooster making this noise??

My year old Lavendee Orpington rooster started making a sort of whimpering, whining noise today when I was out in the coop. I tried to post a video but the site kept saying "error" ...
He is one of 3 roosters in my coop, and he's at the bottom of the rooster pecking order. The rooster that is directly above him in the order constantly pesters him and charges him whenever he sees him. I wonder if the noises hes making are from anxiety caused by the other roo??
