why is one chick not growing like her sister chick?

I was told they hatched the same day, when I got them they were both the same size. I can see a big difference between them. Also, I'm not sure if they EEs anymore...in the picture you can see, BR, a gray/light brown little and a dark one...I'm concerned about the little one, she eats fine, normal poops and seems to keep up with the other ones. Any infornation will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your chicks should be okay. I have 3 Wels small, medium, and large all from the same hatch. My small one became the biggest one while my medium became the runt of the group. So just give them time to grow and see how they turn out. Either way you'll have some laying hens.

Thank you, I was concerned a bit evethough she is acting normal and eating fine, she is so friendly and talkative. My others grow at the same pace.
