Why is one of my hens guarding the food?

We have had to set up other feeding stations since, but why is she guarding the food?? We only have 3 hens and 1 rooster...they all grew up together and used to do fine until she started laying.

The Pecking Order, out of boredom, and because she can. Pretty much the same motives as any bully.
