Why is one silkie so much smaller?

I know these are silkies and only 4 weeks, but why is the darker one so much smaller and less feathered than the others? It’s like 1/3 the size of my others.

You have a runt, they tend to grow and feather out slower. This doesn't impair there health. They tend to be slightly smaller as adults.
Thanks for this answer. I’m not OP, but I have a baby silkie growing at sloth pace and I was losing hope she was ever going to grow. For now I’ll consider her a runt.
