Why is only one laying?

Our 4 BR hens are 21 weeks old. ONE of them lays an egg a day as of last week. The other 3? NOTHING. Arent they like women, spending all that time together should get them on the same cycle, shouldnt it???? Really tired of the wait.

Patients, 21 weeks is on the early side. Does seem to take forever.
