I noticed her (hopefully her) feathers aren’t growing back there are bald spots on her neck and on her back kinda on the front and underneath she also has a special toe as well.. I am pretty sure that she isn’t being picked on she is the only one out of 10 that has this feather issue happening. I feed them Scratch and Peck chick starter I give them fermented feed twice a day once in the morning and once at night then they have access to dry when they don’t have fermented. I have been treating them with Corid water on the second dose 1/3 teaspoon for the 3rd day today. Any suggestions and all help and advice is truly appreciated in advance.

Thank you for your time

There is a gene for late feathering that can cause your chickens to have bald spots when every other member of the flock is feathered out. I have a few of these in my flock, and they grow out to normal feathering, eventually.
There are also mites that can attack feathers, and sometimes only a few of the birds in the flock are affected.
If you don't see mites, I would suspect that it's normal late feathering for this bird, if she is healthy and active.
If you do see mites I recommend either a mite and lice bird spray (big box or online stores that cater to parrots have this, and it's basically pyrethrin) or ivermec drench (which is used for people in some countries for lice). Alternatively, you can provide a 1-3 gallon bowl dust bath with wood ash or food-grade diatomaceous earth added to either dust or a few cups of their normal crumble feed. Everybody in the flock will love you for the dust bath!
