Why isn’t my hen laying?

i have this white chicken, although i’m not sure what breed. she’s white but for some reason has started growing brown feathers on her chest. For the breed i searched up, (leghorns) that i thought she might be, she should’ve been laying by now. she’s almost 7 months old, anyone know what’s up?

Hard to see, but looks like a pullet. Does she have a beard? A head shot would be helpful.

Why do think she's not laying? I think it's a she from this angle.
Not all hens lay 'on time' just like puberty in people.

She needs a little more time, definitely a pullet though.
