Why isn’t she growing?!

We currently have 3 baby chicks. We have 5 grown ladies too but we got them as pullets so this is my first time starting with fresh chicks! Our chicks are now just about 5 weeks (on Tuesday) and two of them are totally thriving but the third is TINY. What has me stumped is she isn’t just smaller than the others, she just doesn’t look like she’s developing and feathering. The one I am concerned about is a Cinnamon Queen. The other two are a cream legbar and black copper maran. Anyone have any advice or experience this as well? I have scoured so many chicken blogs and come up short. Our little girl definitely does seem less adventurous and energetic than the other two but still eats and drinks just fine. She hangs under the heat plate more than them these days too.

Here are some pictures of her

Could be a runt, could be failure to thrive. Can't really do much in either case, other than just providing the best care you can, and seeing if she eventually catches up with the others.

I recently had one hatch that was similar. I thought for sure the chick would die from failure to thrive. But it’s 11 weeks old now and has almost caught up to the other chicks in size, and seems to be a healthy chick now. I think you can just hope for the best in these situations! Your baby is very cute!
