Why isn't my pullet laying????

My black cochin bantam pullet is almost 33 weeks old and hasn't layed a single egg yet. She is perfectly healthy that I can tell. She gets in the nesting box, but has not layed an egg yet. I think she may get into the nesting box to eat the grass in there. She just sits there doing nothing except making her chicken sounds. Please help. Thanks.

LOL, I have a couple 32 week old that are not laying yet either. The combs and wattled just started to turn red. So I have my fingers crossed that they lay soon.
