I have chicks from around Mother's Day also, May 13th. None of mine are laying, but with the breeds I've chosen, I'm not going to get my hopes up for another month, and have resigned myself to possibly waiting until the spring. If I get any eggs over the fall or winter, I'll consider it a bonus.
