Why Oh Why???

Why every time I try to put my 3 19 week old chickens in with the 12 week old do they peck and cause a stink???? I don't dare keep them in together

No matter what they are going to peck at eachother. It won't be long and they will be the same size. THEN put them together. They are still going to peck at eachother.

Wait until they are the same size. When i put marshmellow, our white rock hen in with the rest she got a hard time from 2 or 3 of the girls and the rooster. I took her in the run and i sat down and sat her on my lap. She would get on my shoulder and hide behind my back..i would get after the others when they tried to get her. It didnt take to long and they were getting along. She was even bigger than the others at the time. Now she is queen chicky and the rooster just loves her now. Go figure.
